POHR - BOARD

Terry is a dedicated high school teacher with a degree in Education. She is a strong voice for girls’ and women’s health, actively championing the fight against FGM and Fistula. With over 5 years of experience, she plays a vital role in community sensitization and advocacy through POHR

Founder & Lead director

Philistas holds a degree in Education and has over 27 years of teaching experience, especially in special education programs. She brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to inclusive development. Her insight and dedication make her an invaluable member of the POHR board.

Mnangat a dedicated community development practitioner with a Higher Diploma in Social Work and Community Development. He brings over 19 years of hands-on experience in humanitarian and charitable work. His deep connection to grassroots communities, strong coordination skills, and passion for social transformation make him a vital asset to POHR’s mission of empowering vulnerable populations.

Pauline is a headteacher with over 17 years of experience in the education sector. She is a passionate advocate for the rights of women and youth and holds a degree in Education. Pauline is a highly active and talented member of POHR, bringing both integrity and financial stewardship to the board.
